Movement Improvement Massage Therapy Logo - Expertise in Deep Tissue and Strategic Massage Therapy for Chronic Pain Relief and Enhanced Physical Functionality, led by Josh Pugh, Andrea Trader, Jody Tulloch, and John Dudzic
Wrestling was a major part of my life. Learning to use fluid movements and controlling weight distribution to move someone else’s body was a great introduction to the art of Massage Therapy. To this day I still use this methodology to grab ahold of pain and shift perspectives regarding massage as a method of pain management.

Growing Up

Would we work well together?

I will find the perfect pressure immediately for the majority of people, by listening to the non-verbal ques that your body provides:

Holding your breathe

Contracting the area being worked

You can’t relax

My style is adaptable to anyone since I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the years. My approach is described as dipping your toes into the freezing water instead of jumping in.
It is my job to make you comfortable on the massage table in order for you to receive the benefits of the work provided. I will accomplish this by communicating our goals before the session and defining what you are wanting from the massage.
Do you want to get rid of a specific pain somewhere in your body?
Are you wanting to escape from reality without me speaking to you throughout the massage?
All of this will be discussed before we start, in order to ensure you get the experience you need.
